FlowCo is operated by Charles Penn from Texas, United States. The site at flowcoai.com is the only public surface. For privacy questions, email info@flowcoai.com.

When you interact with the site we may collect:

• Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, role, and message when you submit the contact form or type into the chat panel.
• Submission metadata — the time, source page, and campaign parameters of a form submission or chat, so we know which page or ad sent you.
• Analytics data — IP-derived approximate location, browser / device, referrer, and page-view events. Collected via Google Analytics 4.
• Chat conversation content— messages you type into the chat panel are processed by an underlying AI model (see Anthropic below) to generate a reply. We also save a transcript of the conversation in a private spreadsheet so we can respond to your inquiry and improve the assistant. Please don't enter passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive details into the chat.

We use the information you give us only to respond to your inquiry, reply to your lead-form submission, and follow up on engagements we discuss. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the site is broken. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or affiliate tracking.

We do not sell or rent any of this data to third parties.

FlowCo uses a small set of vendors to operate the site. Each one has its own privacy policy.

• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics. Google sets cookies and may process your IP address. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
• Vercel — hosts the site, and provides Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view counts. No personally identifying data is stored by Vercel Analytics by default.
• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — contact-form submissions and chat transcripts are written to a private Google Sheet that we use to follow up and review inquiries. Access is limited to FlowCo.
• Resend — sends the lead-notification email to FlowCo when you submit the contact form. Resend processes your email and message content.
• Anthropic— the chat panel sends your messages to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Anthropic does not train on data submitted via the API.

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and to remember anonymous session state during the lead-form flow. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-tracking cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without breaking any of the site's functionality.

Regardless of where you are based, you can:

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of any future communication.
• Opt out of analytics (see the GA4 opt-out link above).

Email info@flowcoai.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Contact-form and chat information is retained for as long as needed to follow up on the inquiry and any subsequent engagement, then for a reasonable record-keeping window after. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4's default 14-month rolling window. You can request deletion at any time.

FlowCo is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this page when our stack or practices change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
