Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FlowCo website (flowcoai.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Description of Services

FlowCo provides AI automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to AI call answering, chatbots, appointment reminders, lead follow-up automation, review automation, and custom AI consulting services. The specific terms of any services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on FlowCo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Service Agreements

Specific AI automation services provided by FlowCo are governed by individual service agreements that outline the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and terms specific to each engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, custom AI solutions built for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. FlowCo retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the engagement. The FlowCo name, logo, and branding remain the exclusive property of FlowCo.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Disclaimer

The materials and services provided by FlowCo are provided on an "as is" basis. FlowCo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall FlowCo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FlowCo's services, even if FlowCo or a FlowCo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on FlowCo's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FlowCo does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. FlowCo may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

FlowCo has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by FlowCo of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas County, Texas.
