Terms of service.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of flowcoai.com. They do not govern the work we do for clients — that lives in individual service agreements (SOWs) which take precedence over this page. If you are evaluating an engagement, this page is informational; the SOW is the contract.
Agreement
By using flowcoai.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
What FlowCo does
FlowCo is a consulting practice that builds AI-powered data systems on top of manufacturing ERPs (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, and similar). The current engagement shapes we run are described on the services page.
Specifics — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees — live in an engagement-level service agreement (SOW). Where this page and an SOW conflict, the SOW wins.
Use of the site
You may read, share, and quote material from flowcoai.com for ordinary non-commercial use. You may not:
- Reproduce the site or any substantial portion for commercial use without permission.
- Scrape the site automatically at a volume that affects availability.
- Remove or alter attribution, copyright marks, or the FlowCo name from copies.
- Use the FlowCo name, marks, or branding without written permission.
Intellectual property
Site content, including writing, brand marks, and visual design, is owned by FlowCo unless attributed otherwise.
For client engagements, the default is that custom systems built for a client become the client's property on full payment. FlowCo retains rights to the general methodologies, patterns, and know-how developed during the engagement. The specific allocation lives in each SOW.
Bookings and inquiries
Booking a discovery call through the site is not a contract. It's a scheduled conversation. We'll propose an engagement only after we understand whether AI is actually a good fit for what you're trying to do. If we propose work, the SOW is what creates the obligation, not the booking.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate, but specific technical claims — model behavior, ERP integrations, performance numbers — depend on each client's data and systems. Anything described on a service page is illustrative; the SOW governs what actually ships.
The chat panel uses an LLM. Its replies are best-effort guidance, not professional advice. Don't make a buying decision based on a chat transcript alone.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. For paid engagements, liability is bounded by the SOW.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas. Engagement-level disputes are governed by the SOW.
